    How long will my order take?

    Resurgence all online purchases are made on order. So normally we take 3-4 working days to ship the product. Pls add 4 more working days taken by the courier company. Total 7-8 working days are required to get the product delivered.

    Will you deliver at my postal address?

    We can not deliver any parcel with only postal address. We need complete address including house/apartment number along with street number, city, state , postal and zip code included.

    If I need to return goods what do I do?

    If you want to return or exchange your purchased product. Pls inform us at: info@resurgencegear.com. You will be quickly replied with appropriate guide line. Resurgence Gear Inc. ensures customer satisfaction for all purchases.

    How do I get my size right? Is there a correct way to measure myself?

    How do I track my order?

    Resurgence Gear Inc. uses DHL and Fedex companies for North and Latin America. For Europe , Asia and Australia we use TNT service. If you need prompt tracking information than mail us at: info@resurgencegear.com. Nevertheless your order status will be updated to SHIPPED once dispatched.

    Which carrier can I use for my return?

    We recommend you use a service offering tracking so that you can check your return has reached our warehouse.Resurgence shall not be responsible for any damages to or theft/loss of the goods.

    The item must be returned intact and carefully packaged in its original condition.

    When Shall I get my refund?

    As soon as we receive the returned goods in original condition, we than issue refund within 2-3 days of receipt.
