Order & Warranty Policy

All Resurgence products are covered by a warranty. Customers can claim their warranty at the store, if the product is purchased from a local dealer. For all online purchases, if a product falls within the warranty claim, then send us an email at: info@resurgencegear.com. One of our representatives will get in touch with you for a speedy exchange or refund after initial verification, as necessary.


Products listed at resurgencegear.com are all available for sale. Your order will be processed once the purchase order form and payment confirmation have been received. You can log into your account after 24 hours and see an update for PAYMENT RECEIVED. The 2nd update is available after 4 working days confirming the purchased product has been SHIPPED. If requested, the tracking number can be sent by email once the shipment is with the courier company.
